i feel like i got a new degree in my life.
it feels awesome to be able to relate with people inthe right way after a looong struggle to push them as far as possible.

It was important for me to realize that when I have a problem with another person, regardless of what it is, it is my problem and I am responsible for it. Both problem and solution starts with me. It is from this stance that I can make a difference in my life.

I used to “knew better”and had solutions for everybodys problems….. but mine.
Now I can talk, and feel completely peaceful inside. I am listening every advice and my life is much easier.

Larry, it’s been a while since we talked. The soul search continues. It took us 5 years to be completely honest to each other about our feeling. It may take the same amount of time to understand and accept each other’s past, present and future. But we know that we are on the right track. Thank you for all your help, and I hope one day I can tell you that I like myself again, I am happy, and I embrace everything about my life.

Excellent article and thoughts!!! I can relate, and have people I know that are like this. I myself am blessed with low self esteem, so it forces me to combat it everyday with some meditations, self help,etc., which has improved my life ten fold!!!
