To all the “blog spammers” out there…
The above “comment” was obviously an attempt to get a free link to someone’s site.
All “SPAM” comments, that is, comments that have no purpose other than to benefit an individual’s site will immediately be removed.
All genuine comments are always welcome.

The illistration really gives a vivid picture of the underlying cause of our reactions and behavior in our relationships. Is there a way to control this or will we forever spontaneously vomit out ugliness to those we love?

I thought the Video was great with a brilliant reminder of the difference between reality and our ‘freddy’ thoughts which are always deliving into our history to cause a reaction - and we let it happen! Even this little video has taught me something new made me more self aware of my own thoughts. I think sometimes there is a confusion in learning from your past, as not to make the same mistake again - and letting your past rule your future and your ‘freddy’ take over! Really looking forward to seeing more and hopefully get ‘freddy’ under control!! Many thanks for sharing such fabulous work

Very informative!
I think it is always helpful to “see” information, in addition to reading it.
I am really looking forward to learning more!

I hear “video” and think a moving image. The info is good. The pictures
were way too small to see the detail, especially after they were full of detail.
I appreciate the effort.

Hi!
I really am enjoying your newsletter and this video actually cleared up quite a few doubts. I think it was a great video- extremely well illustraded and well presented.
However, on the flip side, I felt that it did not really tell me how to improve myself- or to get my thoughts under control to feel more positive. Under stressful situations, one gets so wrapped up in one’s problems that it is absolutely diffcult to think straight. I feel certain tips should be provided to enable an idividual to put all the theory the video explained into practise.
But I did enjoy the video, all in all and I thank you for making such a wonderful effort to reach out to people who need help with their thoughts, emotions and feelings!

Thank you to everyone who left feedback for the video! I truly appreciate your comments and will continue creating videos as long as there’s a demand for them!
Jane/Anonymous -
I will be addressing an effective way to control your reactions in future videos…so stay tuned!
Ray- Thanks for the input. I’ll work on making the illustrations larger in future videos.
To a LESS stressful and MORE fulfilling life,

I thought the video was excellent, but I have a question. There are many stressors in daily living, i.e., death of a loved one, health issues such as undiagnosis depression, and finding a girlfriend sleeping with someone else within an extremely short period of time of each other (say weeks). This can lead to PTSD which as I understand it can only be cured by hypnosis. How do all of these factors fit into the pictures that you describe in the video? How can you protect yourself or cushion yourself against these life events that you have no knowledge of or control over? How does this effect the explanation on the video?

I found your video helpful and would like to see more. I think it’s great that you share this knowledge with us. Your insights to how our brains process events are creating more positive effects in my life every day. Thanks so much!
